I learned this the hard way. I crushed powerlifting numbers but felt empty. I built a bodybuilder's physique but couldn't touch my toes. I tore my Achilles and realized mobility wasn't optional—it was survival.

The biggest win you can make is getting a handle on what you put in your face. I always wanted to be lean, but didn't want to have to hate everything I ate. The truth is, I eat more enjoyable foods than most people—and I want to teach you how to do the same. By understanding macros and calories, you can transform your body while eating foods you love. Our goal is to relearn nutrition, not to suffer until you hit a goal weight.

Mental growth has been my single greatest achievement in my life. Learning how to control my brain through process, emotion and the way that I view the external world has gotten me through the hardest times of my life. My goal is to help you define what is holding you back, where you want to be, and to live out each day to the fullest.

I've gotten to where I am with my personal fitness by diversifying my training style. Powerlifting. Bodybuilding. And after injuring my Achilles, I became acutely aware of how important mobility and stretching is—especially as we get older. I offer all types of training for all types of people. Whether you want to get stronger, leaner, faster, or just move like you did when you were younger—we will find a plan that gets you there.
